We have had very good service from our child's personal assistant and the management. Really appreciated and a big relief to our whole family after some difficult weeks! The carer is very attentive and friendly and our child is always happy with the care! Thank you!

Haywood Homes provided a wonderful carer; kind, compassionate, highly professional and experienced. Our needs were understood from the point of enquiry and we are grateful for their support at a very sad and difficult time.

We needed some emergency and then ongoing care. Both myself and my child who is cared for have been treated with kindness and respect at all times. Very flexible and nothing is too much trouble. My child loves their carers and looks forward to them coming.

The two girls I have are very caring do anything for me especially one staff member who goes overboard, washing, doing laundry. The whole team are very helpful in washing, laundry, making meals, dishwasher, shopping going to the doctors and getting food shopping.

Two carers met my son for the first time today he is nonverbal autistic and has ADHD, he interacted well with carers, as they put themselves out to get him to engage with them, he is hard to keep occupied but they managed it.

My son very much enjoys and looks forward to his days out with his friends from Haywood Homes. I get regular updates and photos of what he has been doing. Overall I'm very satisfied with the care he is being provided.

From the beginning, I was stressed because I didn't know what it was like For a couple of days I was stressed and I was crying a lot didn't tell anyone because I didn't feel like it but I knew I would get help. 1st worker when he came was a Goat I mean the greatest of all time he helped me a lot of course I respect him I helped as well. Other workers, I had a few problems because he had trouble understanding English and it was making me mad. I talked with the manager and of course, she helped she always helps when I have worries, and she is always by my side and I am as well. But overall it was good in here I'm so ever grateful they changed me from being in negative thoughts to All positive I'm the new changed lad I always wanted to be. Much love Dariusz

Staff are incredible! They started during family crises (my son has severe autism, nonverbal and ADHD) and they provided us with first of all home safety, and emotional support and made our home look lovely again! We have great chats, laughs, and talk about life overall and carers are very invested in learning to give the best support for our family. They are part of our family now too and that was our aim as well! Very flexible on shift hours. Good communication. Highly recommend!

I could not thank the company enough for standing in last minute when care was needed for my daughter. The carer who attended was lovely. She carried out all her duties well, is very approachable with a caring bedside manner.

I could not imagine life now without Haywood Homes since they started caring for my son in January 2025. Every single carer is dedicated to providing the absolute best care for my son. They are patient, kind, experienced, compassionate and treat my son like the unique individual that he is. They consistently maintain my son's dignity whilst offering empathy and reassurance. Each carer also lets their own personality shine through and taps into my son's interests, giving him the opportunity to share his passions whilst also sharing the passions of his carers. My son looks forward to each carer visit and they have made such a huge difference to his quality of life. The carers cannot do enough for myself and my son, and have also built up fantastic relationships with my other children, ensuring they are comfortable with carers in their home. The management team are absolutely fantastic, always ensuring we have the times that we need and offering flexibility when needed.
